The remote control shows error messages such as ˝-t˝, ˝-d˝, ˝-˝, ˝-H˝
Turn off the main power switch, unplug the power cord and call distributor for service.
The remote control shows "-L".
Just wait few minuets until the jade rollers warm up and the "-L" sign disappear. Use thebed normally.
The internal projector does not move.
Turn off the main power switch and turn it on again.
Disconnect the remote control from the bed, reconnect it, and press the buttons on the remote control again.
The external projector does not turn on.
Check to make sure it is properly connected.
